"LUC LUC" BEEF
Material:

- Approximately 500g square cut tender beef flag

- 2 onions square cut white flag

- 1 tomato cut square flag

- Green peppers, red peppers square cut flag.

- 2 cloves garlic shredded pulped chopped medium

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce

- Pepper, coriander.

Processing:

- In a bowl to marinate meat with oyster sauce, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oil, tomato sauce and pepper to coat.

- When the meat has absorbed the remaining 1 tablespoon oil in wok or large pot, non-aromatic for garlic (not the non-gold).

- Meat and stir-fry for 1 minute. Let the bowl.

- Use a medium skillet fried meat, onion, peppers, tomatoes in. Saute for 3 minutes for medium cooked (if dry, add a little water).

- Continue to beef on the island by about 1 to 2 minutes. When the meat undercooked pleasant then turn off the heat.

- Draw a plate served with fried rice or fries as you like. Presented add cilantro to relax.

Small Tip:

- Do not salted beef market will do so before because the hard, if not love, then marinated with a little soy sauce.
