BEEF SAUTE PEAS
Material:

- 300g beef fillet

- 200g peas results

- 50g carrots

- 1 tablespoon minced garlic

- Spices: cooking oil, oyster sauce, wedge nuts, soy sauce, pepper, salt

Processing:

- Peas washed, stripped of fiber, drain. Carrots trimmed flowers.

- Thin sliced ​​beef taste, beef marinated with spices: 1 tbsp oil, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon seasoning seeds, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon pepper, spices permeable to 5 minutes.
