BEEF SAUTE ASPARAGUS
Material:

- 200gr beef
- 200gr asparagus
- Garlic few branches
- Roasted Sesame
- Cooking oil
- Oyster
- Seeds Listed
- Sesame (sesame)

  Processing:

- Asparagus washed, breaking into short pieces, leaving the old original parts. Peeling garlic peeled, chopped.

- Long small sliced beef, marinated with a little sesame oil, seasoning seeds, oyster sauce and minced garlic half spot.

- Asparagus pads boiling water, remove the drain (can be soaked in cold water to keep the color of cement).

- Non-aromatic garlic remaining seats, for beef stir fry.
